I'm always glad to hear from you, my website visitor.  In many ways, the main purpose of this website is to facilitate contact between you and me.  Of course, I'm hoping to share information that will be helpful in your spiritual journey, but it is the sharing — back and forth between us — that motivates this effort.  So, if you have comments, questions or suggestions, please feel free to get in touch.  I'd love to hear from you.

That said, while I would welcome phone calls, it's generally best to try to reach me via email.  Why?  Because:

• although I have found some things that have helped me to crawl out of over 30 years of severe disability, I still don't have anything like normal capacities, and
• because of these limitations, I'm not always available at the times you might be likely to call.

That said, I'd like to assure you that I really am here, a real person.
